It’s Tuesday Morning! This & That

Ribbon, Glitter, & Burlap, oh my!

Have you been to Tuesday Morning lately?   If not it’s time to restock your craft room with the essentials.

I used so much of their glitter and ribbon over the Holidays.  I made several glitter filled ornaments, glitter snowflakes, and glitter trees.  You can get glitter paper or containers of glitter.  I prefer the fine glitter for my projects but they have a variety of glitter.

They also have a huge selection of ribbon.  Individual rolls were found in the Christmas area however you can find bulk bags from American Crafts in the scrapbooking department. They also have mini burlap bows which can complete any project.

Ribbon out of the bag & Mini Burlap Bows

Tuesday Morning has a variety of these bulk bags of ribbon or twine.

I used their green & silver glitter paper to create some Holiday Decorations for school.

This glitter pack is WOW! I mixed all of mine together.

This is a new product for Tuesday Morning. DIY burlap shapes and banners.

I used some of the ribbon to create these mini ribbon tree ornaments.

The paper craft supplies you find at Tuesday Morning is all brand new products with a discounted price. Tuesday Morning carries American Crafts, Heidi Swapp, Amy Tangerine, Tim Holtz, 7 Gypsies, Graphic 45, Maggie Holmes, Dear Lizzy, We R Memory Keepers, Basic Grey, among many other brands. Yes the product is usually a year or two older but you can find many of your favorite products. That’s why I find it a great place to restock on items I love to create with.

If you are near a Tuesday Morning stop in.

Scrap It Girl is 7 years old~Giveaway Time!

7 years later and here I am. I am still teaching paper craft classes every single week.. to adults and kids. I am still designing classes, kits, and working with other companies. Nothing has really changed in the 7 years except for my constant change to my studio, new chairs, new paint, new carpet, and new people.  This year however I am bringing back my etsy shop… too many of my non local friends have asked me over the years to bring back my on-line shop.. so I will try to start listing things by February. Another change is that I plan to offer way more altered art and home décor classes. Last year they were a huge hit so look for more classes.  If you want to attend any of my classes, send me an email so you can get my schedule.

In celebration of my 7th year, I am doing a giveaway.

I put together this little assortment of goodies for one of my lucky crafty friends.. just follow the directions to get in on the giveaway, which ends on the 7th!
