My Favorite Things Friday: Boxes & Easel Winner~

I love cigar boxes, metal boxes, old boxes and of course my new favorite boxes.. the paper mache box.   I am a little addicted to buying them & decorating them.

My latest two boxes were both decorated using the MY MINDS EYE collection “Dolled Up”.  Both boxes are at Hannah’s in Antioch.  You can purchase all the products needed to make your own version or you can sign up to make the big box with me in September.  The boxes are fun and easy to decorate.  I really like finding left over things from my stash to add to the boxes.  I will be offering “treasure box” classes the next few months using a variety of themes, sizes, and products.

Remember My Favorite Things Giveaway?  I was giving one lucky person an Easel to decorate.  The winner is Becky Garrison.  Congrats Becky,  Please contact me so I can send you an Easel Frame.

(There is a step-by-step tutorial on Becky’s Blog  so that you can make one of these cuties too!) Here’s the first photo, which is a view of the lid:

In less then 2 weeks our kids will be on SUMMER VACATION!  Yikes, now is the time to start thinking about all of the activities your kids will be doing over summer break.  I know hitting the beach, picnics at the park, bike rides, and swimming in a pool, will probably be on your list.

I love summer time photos!  The kids are having so much fun playing outside that they allow me to take more photos.  Take a peak at some of the  newest Summer Time Kits, that will be sold over at Hannah’s Home Accent’s in Antioch.   I have been on their design team since February of last year & I love working with their team.
